With over two decades of experience, Claudia Pohlink is an expert in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Innovation Management. Since September 1, 2024, she has been serving as the Director of Data & AI at FIEGE Logistik, where she oversees the company's central data and AI initiatives. Previously, she led the Data Intelligence Center at Deutsche Bahn, managing the corporation's data and AI strategy, including critical areas such as data governance, data management, data architectures, data mesh, and data catalog. In earlier roles, she headed the Machine Learning Team at the T-Labs of Deutsche Telekom.

In addition to her professional role, Claudia is an active speaker and author. She is committed to educating children and young people in the fields of data and AI, and she regularly shares her knowledge at conferences and universities. Since 2020, she has been an active board member and, since 2022, the chairperson of the AI Working Group at BITKOM. In 2019, Claudia was recognized as a "Global Women Leader in AI" and recently as one of the "40 over 40 - Germany's Most Inspiring Women 2022" and one of the "30 Outstanding Women in Data - 2023 Global Recognition."
